I don’t remember every little detail, but the reports seemed accurate and had a good amount of info. The only thing that stuck with me as a bit annoying was having to dig around to find certain details

and overall, they were professional enough and got the job done, but things moved a little slower than I expected.

The replies were slow, and a few details weren’t as clear as I expected. Maybe I was just misunderstanding some of it, but I found myself having to double-check things more than I would’ve liked.

Overall, my experience with bdo has been alright. The information and services they provide can be useful, and I wouldn’t say it’s bad by any means. That said, some of the fees and costs feel a little on the higher side for what you actually get. It’s okay value, but i was expecting a bit more for the price.

I used Bdo the billing part wasn’t as clear as I expected. I kind of assumed the main price shown was the full picture, then later noticed some fees that didn’t feel obvious at the start. Maybe I should’ve read every detail, but like most people, I used the quick mental shortcut of “if it’s important, it’ll be clearly shown.” Support did respond when I asked, which I appreciated, but I still walked away feeling like the pricing could’ve been more transparent.

The Bdo team really knew their stuff on the technical side, but they still explained everything in a way I could actually follow. They took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed, and the setup advice was really practical. It wasn’t overcomplicated at all, just clear guidance that worked well for us.

The audit team was easy to work with and really helpful during our year-end audit. They explained the tax side clearly without making it feel more complicated than it needed to be. A few extra back-and-forths felt a bit unnecessary, but overall it was a good experience

I’ve been working with BDO for a while now, and to be honest, the support has been better than I originally expected. My main contact is usually helpful, easy to talk to, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense without overcomplicating it.
The only thing is that replies can be a bit slower than I’d like sometimes, especially when I’m waiting on something time sensitive. I expected faster turnaround in those moments, but to their credit, they do follow up and I’ve never felt like they just forgot about me.
Overall, the relationship side has been solid. They remember our setup and the way we work, which saves a lot of back and forth. It’s not perfect, but compared with what I thought it might be, it’s been a good experience and worth 4 stars...
